How much are the bracelets?

They range from £18 - £23 depending on the design, the charms and the ribbon, plus postage and packaging. The shipping rate that applies on top depends on your location and which shipping option you choose at check-out.

What if I'm not in the UK?

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in British Pounds Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards or Paypal payments.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship everywhere. The flat-rate shipping costs are: UK First Class Standard: £2.50 UK Special Delivery: £8.00 All international orders Tracked and Signed: £12.50

How long does shipping take?

All bracelets are completely bespoke and handmade to order. We aim to post all bracelets out within 1 - 2 weeks of the order date. Once posted, it will depend on which shipping option you have chosen. You will receive a confirmation email once your bracelets have been shipped. If you need them sooner, please add a note to your order and we will try our best to help.


How do I order a specific design I like?

In the Pick your Beads option you can make up your own combination, and there's also a bespoke section for anything in particular that you would like - that's now the Rainbow was created! If there is one in particular you'd like us to replicate that you've seen, you can put that in the bespoke section. The other products are made up of our most popular designs so you can choose those too.

How do the bracelets work?

The bracelets are on elastic so that they are super practical to take on and off, and the faux suede tassel is for effect - you don't then need to untie and retie them!


How do make a large order for an event?

What is your returns policy?

Due to the bespoke nature of the bracelets, we cannot accept no-fault returns as they cannot be resold. If an item has a fault, we will exchange it for you upon confirmation of the fault. Please contact us directly on support@septemberbeads.com for further information.
